It was only a matter of time before I wrote about a sandwich, and hoo boy, this is a banger (yes, literally).

Quite different from the usual, brown vs red sauce breakfast arrangement (brown, if you must know), this is a spiky, pickly, fancy-pants sandwich in a completely different category.

There’s a honey-butter mustard glaze on the bread; hard fried hot dog onions; a super-savoury mayo; perfectly cooked sausages and… bitter greens. Yup. Let’s get into it.
