Sweet and savoury heaven

Why should toasties be assigned winter duties only? Not on my watch.

I’m a big fan of sweet and savoury combos; get the balance right and they’re unbeatable. The inspiration behind this was to bestow the somewhat dated combo of pear and brie with a software update. The system was running behind. And while I have a soft spot for forgotten faddy foods (see: sundried tomatoes), sometimes it’s better to take the concept and yank it the hell along.
